Far off the coast of Baja California, Cedros Island feels like a world of its own—rugged mountains, crystal-clear water, wild coastlines, and endless blue skies.
This summer, the AA team headed south for a fishing trip to Cedros Island, with Cedros Sportfishing guiding the adventure. From the moment the small plane lifted off toward the island, the trip was about more than just fishing. It was about getting away, exploring a truly beautiful place, and experiencing everything the island had to offer.
Out on the water, Bad Bubba Shad was the go-to lure, producing an unforgettable mix of Calico Bass, White Seabass, Yellowtail, and California Sheephead. Every cast brought the possibility of another powerful bite against the backdrop of Cedros Island's dramatic coastline.
And when the fishing day was over, the adventure continued—turning fresh-caught fish into tacos, sharing good food with friends, and taking in the scenery that makes Cedros Island so special.
