Our best-selling and most productive bait, the AA’s Shad Series is now hand-poured in 8 sizes and 39 stock colors. What sets these shad tails apart is their complete action package: when rigged with the appropriate jighead, the shad will swim with a tail kick and body roll. The tail kick is important because it displaces water and produces a fish-calling vibration, but the secret weapon is the body roll. The AA Shads produce a subtle body roll, which adds flash to the lure when it’s falling through the strike zone or being cast and retrieved, resulting in more strikes.
